  28. Recent versions of Executor come with a FAQ, which explains both how
  29. to subscribe and unsubscribe from the mailing list.  The FAQ is also
  30. available at ftp.ardi.com:/pub/FAQ.  Enjoy!

  38.     Join the Executor mailing list.  Send a message to
  39.     "executor-request@nacm.com".  Make sure your subject line is blank
  40.     and your message body says:

  44.     We try to post important events to the net, and send new
  45.     release information via U.S. mail to our current customers,
  46.     but the Executor mailing list is where we post news about our
  47.     experimental versions and where you can send mail to talk with
  48.     other people who are using Executor.

  50.     If you'd rather get the Executor Interest information in a
  51.     daily digest form, send the same subscribe message to
  52.     "executor-digest-request@nacm.com", instead of
  53.     "executor-request@nacm.com".

  55.     To remove yourself from either mailing list, send a message to
  56.     the address that you used to subscribe, saying:

  58.     unsubscribe

  60.     This will work only if you send the unsubscribe message from
  61.     the same account that you used to send the subscribe message.
  62.     You can also send a message of "help" to executor-request and more
  63.     information about how to use it will be e-mailed to you.  If
  64.     you are still having trouble, you can send e-mail to
  65.     "majordomo-owner@nacm.com" and that will be processed by a
  66.     person, although it may take a few days for the person to get
  67.     around to to your request.

  69.     Even after you have unsubscribed to the list, you will
  70.     continue to get any messages that were posted to the list
  71.     before you unsubscribed but were not actually sent
  72.     immediately, but once you have unsubscribed, any new messages
  73.     that come in will not be sent to you.

  75.     The Executor Interest mailing list is administered by a
  76.     volunteer.  We do not directly control the list.  Lately there
  77.     has been a request that we operate a mailing list for
  78.     announcements only.  Although we can't provide that right now,
  79.     we're hoping the digestification will make such a separate
  80.     list much less needed.
