  24. Thanks for the suggestion, but formatting is actually pretty easy.  We
  25. plan to implement it soon (Cliff knows when, but he's ill).

  27. Note that it's simple to write a DOS program that can format Mac
  28. floppies without knowing anything about the Mac filesystem; all the
  29. program has to do is dump a disk image from a blank Mac floppy onto
  30. the disk being formatted.  The disk image for a blank Mac floppy
  31. compresses down to only a few Kbytes.
