My vote is for an Apple core like the one on the box for E/DOS 1.2.
Whatever it is, it should be color. By the way. If anyone is interested,
I created an Apple Mac icon for Windows in *.ico format. Send E-mail if
you would like it.

One vote for a Tomato! The poor tomato always gets mistake for a
vegitable, and its time for a little recognition for tomatos!
Seriously, something with a little color would be nice, just to spruce things
up a little. I would think in order to really make 2.0 be taken
seriously you should set aside a little time to do nothing except
aesthetic improvements-- Color icons on the hot band, color icon in the
upper left-hand corner (that doesn't infringe on copyrights), and perhaps
a very tiny little control on the browser to change the background
color-- nothing too complex, just the ability to change to, say, green,
or blue... 16 color option?
Aesthetics control the first impressions of what potential customers
think-- and the first impression is always REALLY important. If they
start out saying, `eh, its sort of ugly but it works fine', then they
will be less likely to buy it than if they had said, `cool. Its even
layed out --better-- than my Mac, and it even works fine!'...
Just my $.02!
