Is Executor for DOS going to be getting serial/printer port access? I have a
few programs that I would like to use, but they need a serial or printer port
to work. Programs like America On-line.

By the way, I think that the Executor program is great; I haven't seen
anything like it.

We won't add serial port/printer port support until after 2.0 ships,
perhaps in 2.1. If you want to print under DOS, you can have Executor
print PostScript to a file and then print out that file if you like.
If you need serial port access, you're out of luck for now.

Ah! I knew I was on this list for some reason. This is a bug I just
recently reported. The interim solution is to edit the files and add
a ^M to the end of every line. ie.
vi foobar.hqx
:1,$ s/$/^V^M/
(type ^V, ^V, ^V, ^M to get the "^V^M", of course)
I have found that CompactPro's un-hqxer works without these ^M's.
