  3. I just got started with Executor for Windows. I have 199.K.
  4. (Could someone comment if the is the newest?)
  5.  
  6. I read in the FAQ that there are supposed to be one or two files of 
  7. MAC Demo software to try out with Executor. I can't seem to find these.
  8.  
  9. I got Executor from OAK.OAKLAND EDU and there were no other Executor 
  10. files except the program. I also looked at WUARCHIEV, as mentioned in the 
  11. FAQ. Same thing there. I keep trying FTP.ARDI.COM but it does not seem to 
  12. connect, although my DNS table says the address is valid. 
  13.  
  14. So, anyone have any ideas? I don't have a single thing to try out with 
  15. Executor. The info with 199K is not too new - are the demo files 
  16. somewhere else now?

  50. They should come with the distribution, in ".hfv" files.  These are
  51. virtual hard drives containing some system files, utilities, and demo
  52. software.  Executor can't run at all if it is missing certain support
  53. files, like "exsystem.hfv".

  59. When you run Executor and click on the "drive" button, or hit "tab" at
  60. the initial file launching box, Executor should cycle through the
  61. virtual hard drives containing the demo programs.  What happens when
  62. you do this?

  89.   Also, I don't believe Mat mentioned this: Currently the latest version of
  90. Executor (and supporting files) is at ftp.cs.unm.edu in /pub/ardi.
  91. (UNM, as in New Mexico, not UMN.) Under this directory are the NeXT, DOS,
  92. and Linux versions of the latest version of executor.
