Executor provided binary compatibility on 68k-based NeXTs before we
had a 68LC040 emulator. On such machines, Executor uses the 68040
directly. Executor/68k allows the FPU to be used directly as well,
although keep in mind that most Mac programs don't attempt to use the
FPU directly.
