Under 1.99b, you must name that volume "exuser.hfv". The most recent
version of Executor (1.99h) will automatically find all .hfv files
residing in the executor directory.

Solution #1:
a. copy EXDEMOS?.HFV to EXDEMOS?.OLD, and delete EXDEMOS1.HFV;
b. make a large Executor volume EXDEMOS1.HFV with MKVOL.EXE;
c. copy the contents of EXDEMOS2.HFV to "EXDEMOS1.HFV"
d. copy EXDEMOS2.OLD to EXDEMOS2.HFV, and repeat (c);
