It will run Wolfenstein, but we can run that on our PCs. Quite a few
of the games I have tried, lock up at the title screen.  However many
applications I have tried have worked. Digital logic simulator,
Engineers Assistant, MacGraph, MatrixMaster to name a few..

I haven't looked into purchasing it yet because I am not sure if it
sufficiently meets my needs.  But for the current capabilities of the
software, I would tend to agree with you that $100 is more
reasonable.  Now for version that allows you to install System 7,
that would be worth $250 to me.

Remember that some games require the "-refresh" flag .  If you don't
supply a needed "-refresh" flag, the program will appear to hang when
in reality you just can't see what's being drawn to the screen.  Most
programs don't need "-refresh", but those which bypass QuickDraw and
write directly to the screen do.

Has anyone experience with using executor with NIH-IMAGE. I was told
it will run on DOS, but it don't work.
The error message it returned was only "System 7 required"
I use a 486 PC 8MB with Novell DOS 7.0. NIH-Image version is 1.56. Stuffit
 and the demos run but not NIH-Image. I started it with several switches of
-applzone, created a new volume but no change with NIH-Image.
Is it usefull to work with an older version of NIH-Image.
Is there automaticly a FPU emulation installed or dor you need to
install it before with a switch.
Is linux the better environment for executor?
Will there a version with system 7 be availible next time and when?
Would it work with installed parts of system 7?

I just learned about a student discount price for Executor for Linux.
Is it still in effect? If so, is there a student discount rpice for
Executor for DOS? If there isn't then I will consider buying it and

Executor will not run software that requires System 7. (Atleast not
yet)

I am not sure, but I don't think there is any FPU emulation..

Eventually you will be able to buy system 7 and install it on
Executor, but that is not for atleast another release.
