  1. Simtel and its mirrors like oak.oakland.edu in the /simtel directory have 
  2. even more vesa drivers.  msdos/graphics has vesa-tsr.zip univbe50.zip
  3.  and vesadrv2.zip.  Within these are many subfiles.  For those with cirrus
  4. logic boards, the diamond2 works great (version 1.2 gave me 800x600x1).

  19. I made an error- the vesa.exe file also gives 1024x786 at all bit depths.
  20. Executor is great.  Ardi should put copies of the vesa drivers at ftp.ardi.com
  21. once they get it going I think.

  42. they do? I'm interested in playing with settings but I didn't receive a

  98. I'm using Executor DOS 1.99D.  When I run it with only the -applzone
  99. switch, it runs normally.  But, when I use the -macbpp 8 -realbpp 8
  100. switches I get a white border around the screen.  This doesn't change even
  101. when I run applications.  I have a Diamond Stealth 24 VESA card.  My system
  102. is a 486DX2 w 16 Megs of RAM.  Also, if I try to run Executor in Windows
  103. using the bpp 8 switches, it won't run.  I usually run Windows in 24 bit
  104. color.  Any ideas as to why?  I suspect the Diamond drivers.

  146. The Diamond drivers are not to blame.  1.99f fixes both problems.

  170. Speaking of DPMI, Executor does not want to run while QEMM's QDPMI is 
  171. enabled.  I have to explicitly disable it with "QDMPI OFF" before running 
  172. it.  Do you know why this is?  I also can't get it to run under Windows, 
  173. but I forgot what the error message was.
