With installing 1.99f/DOS (deleted all previous files) I discovered that
my gateway 2000 496 monitor would no longer do 256 colors. I also noticed
that none of the left-shift-Fkeys worked anymore. Using refresh and bpp 2
was a disaster (executor was updating things around to mouse all wrong).
If I put -refresh 10 -bpp 1, executor got mad since it didn't support 256
colors!!! But the other way around -bpp 1 -refresh 6 worked great, except
for space junkie which changed bit depths somewhat successfully
Even with all these bugs, I consider version f/DOS to be an improvement.
