I brought over linux kernel 1.1.69 and tried Executor. It crashed
immediately, as people have reported.
It turns out that the new shared memory code introduced in kernel
1.1.62 catches a situation where we end up looking one byte past the
end of allocated shared memory and (correctly) crashes. Older
versions of the kernel were more forgiving of our error. I fixed
Executor, so Executor 1.99d (when released) should work with the
