  24. binhex 5 is nothing more than MacBinary, really.  it is used quite often, and
  25. is better than binhex 4.0 in that the filesize is smaller, but the files are
  26. not text so don't lend themselves to email or news.  if you download any
  27. mac.bin file and than run Binhex 5.0 under executor, it will split the file
  28. into it's respective forks.  i mcvert all .hqx's before dl'ing because of this.
