16 colors is the default under DOS, 256 colors under Linux and
NEXTSTEP. Which OS are you running?
When programs don't work, an easy thing to try is giving them more
memory with something like "executor -applzone 4096". Other than
that, you may be out of luck with the current version of Executor (I
don't think we have a copy of SimCity, so I don't know why it's not
