For me this problem has occured whenever I have just deleted a directory
under a directory.  The parent directory wouln't delete.  I have sometimes
fixed this by deleteing the first directory, exit Executor, then re-enter
Executor and delete the parent directory.  This doesn't always work, but
maybe it's a lead. (note I'm useing 1.99b (demo))
