Subject: Apple double file format

Can anyone point me to where I'd find the Apple documentation for the Apple
double format, which Executor uses (at least on NEXTSTEP) for storing its
files? I'm looking to get a copy of it so if I have to ressurect one of these
files in a decade I'll know exactly what all the bytes in the %foo file mean.
