I remember plans for Executor for X windows or specifically Linux. does
anyone know the status on this project?
also, on a related note, the gnu c compiler seems to use VCPI, this means that
executor won't run if vcpi isn't availble. im told that vcpi is a dead
standard and that dpmi is the way to go. is there a dpmi extender for the gnu
compiler that could be used with executor?
the reason i ask is that id like to run executor under Linux dosemu and it
doesn't support VCPI. there might be plans to support it, but they are on the
back burner for DPMI [windows/doom/other games and such use dpmi]
comments?
