  1. To make this application, do the following.
  2. 1. Open IB.proj (double-click on it).
  3. 2. In Interface Builder, which is now launched, first go to the Project Inspector, part Attributes. Click OK. This will magically recreate some files I have deleted to save some petty bytes.
  4. 3. Now that you are in Interface Builder, just use command-k to ``make'' the application.
  5. Remember to place the application somewhere in an Apps directory (~/Apps or /LocalApps), so that the Services become available. You can best do that by keeping the distribution directory somewhere in a ~/WorkBench or so, and making a symbolic link to ...Apps/Piper.app.
