  4. At home I use a Macintosh computer,
  5. so when I started to write graphics
  6. editor on the Commodore 64 I decided
  7. to add ICON's to my program. This
  8. makes BILL'PAINT easier to understand
  9. and use. My greatest frustration was
  10. not being able to easily add the
  11. ability to load/save graphic screens.

  13. When run, the program defines several
  14. sprite images, initializes the
  15. graphic screen and allows you to draw
  16. with any of the 16 colors on a
  17. multi-color screen.

  19. The program requires you use a Koala
  20. Pad to draw with. If you do not have
  21. a Koala Pad, you will have to modify
  22. the program for keyboard or Joystick
  23. reading.
