  79. If a distribution fee is charged for a Union Logic software product, you must
  80. additionally ensure that:

  82. I.    If the program is distributed on CD-ROM, you must get written permission
  83.       prior to distributing the package.
  84. II.   You charge less that $8 (U.S.) for the shareware package.
  85. III.  Absolutely, no files are to be modified, deleted, purposely corrupted or
