  4. Troubleshooting (things to try if you experience 
  5. technical problems running your game or receive 
  6. error messages):

  8. -- Overflow Errors:  If you receive an OVERFlOW error 
  9. message while playing the the game, reinstall it.
  10.  
  11. -- Close all open applications before starting your 
  12. game.
  13.  
  14. --  Make sure you have over 70% resources available 
  15. to Windows before starting your game (check HELP option 
  16. in Program Manager to see how much resources are 
  17. available).
  18.  
  19. --  Disable extended memory managers (e.g.  QEMM).
  20.  
  21. --  Turn off the music (menu:  options). If this solves 
  22. the problem check your windows and sound device manuals 
  23. to make sure your "MIDI device" is installed correctly.
  24.  
  25. -- Install your game to a drive that is not compressed 
  26. with a disk compression utility.
  27.  
  28. -- Threed.vbx out of date error:  If you receive an 
  29. error message stating that Threed.vbx is OUT OF DATE, 
  30. delete the THREED.VBX file found in the Windows 
  31. directory.  If you continue getting the error, 
  32. re-install the program.
