  17. 1) How to install VoRTeX?
  18.  
  19. There are two ways of installing VoRTeX! Please choose the one that
  20. you like.
  21.     a) From the Windows 95 START menu, select RUN.
  22.     Type a:install.exe in the dialog box and click OK.
  23.     Follow instructions given in the dialog boxes of VoRTeX
  24.     installation to complete installation.
  25.     b) Double click on My Computer.  Then double click on 3.5 
  26.     Floppy.  Double click on the yellow Install icon will start 
  27.     the installation process. Follow instructions given 
  28.     in the dialog boxes of VoRTeX installation to 
  29.     complete installation.

  31. 2) VoRTeX (TM) is a brand new board game of strategy
  32. and chance in which several game pieces are raced
  33. through a spiral path to a common finish. VoRTeX is easy
  34. to learn and on-line help guides you through any questions
  35. you might have.

  37. VoRTeX combines simple geometric shapes to provide 
  38. endless hours of fun for all ages.  This game develops 
  39. strategic thinking,  improves shape, pattern and color 
  40. recognition for children and is thought-provoking for 
  41. adults. The distance of the moves is decided by the throw 
  42. of a computer die.  The choice of which piece to move is 
  43. determined by the players so that their pieces advance 
  44. more rapidly than the pieces of their rivals.

  46. VoRTeX can be played by 1, 2, 3, or 4 players.  You may also 
  47. include the computer to play one or more positions.  A demo
  48. option is also included to quickly familiarize you to this game.

  50. You may choose the board-shape (a square or circle),  
  51. board-size (small, medium or large),  no. of game-pieces 
  52. (1,2,3 or 4),  play-level (novice, intermediate or 
  53. expert).  Other options include animation speed,  color 
  54. of game pieces and tracks.

  56. The ease and rapidity of playing VoRTeX ranges from that 
  57. of Tic-Tac-Toe to a chess game. Depending on 
  58. the options that you choose a game of VoRTeX can be over 
  59. in less than a minute or last as long as thirty minutes.
