  7. The Letter  of  Instruction  is a way to organize information
  8. about your  finances,  property  and  personal  affairs.   It
  9. provides  this  information to someone whom you would like to
  10. handle or manage your affairs in the event of your death,  or
  11. your  inability to do so yourself.  This can include physical
  12. or  emotional  disability,  travelling  away  from  home,  or
  13. similar   circumstances.    It   also  provides  you  with  a
  14. recordkeeping tool for financial and  estate  planning.   The
  15. Letter  of Instruction is NOT a Will, nor does it give advice
  16. on how to manage your affairs.  However, it can  provide  you
  17. with  essential  information  at your fingertips when seeking
  18. advice from a qualified professional.

  20. Circumstances where the Letter might be neccesary include the
  21. death or disability of you and/or  your  spouse,  emergencies
  22. while  you  are  away from home, or other events during which
  23. you are unable to manage your or personal affairs.
