  11. What do I do with my Vid-Phone?

  13. Hint:
  14. Check all of your messages on the Vid-Phone. This will allow you
  15. to travel to many of the areas in the game. The first message is
  16. from Mayor Vincenzi. After playing  back that message, a picture
  17. will  scroll off  of the   printer. You  will need  this picture
  18. later, so be sure to take it.

  20. Problem:
  21. What should I pick up in my apartment?
  22.  
  23. Hint:
  24. Get your clothes, trenchcoat, bullet magazine, and gun, which is
  25. under  the pillow,  and wire  tester from  the bedroom. From the
  26. bathroom, you will need the NaPent and first aid kit.

  28. Problem:
  29. I'm locked out how can I get in?
  30.  
  31. Hint:
  32. If  you leave  your keycard   in the  Vid-Phone, then  leave the
  33. apartment, you will  be locked out. There is,  however, a way to
  34. get in. You  can short out the door keypad  by opening the steam
  35. pipe valve above the door.

  37. Problem:
  38. How do I get the keys for the cupboard?
  39.  
  40. Hint:
  41. Make up  with Karyn in  order to get  the keys. Go  see Karyn at
  42. city hall as soon as you leave your apartment. She will give you
  43. the keys.

  45. Problem:
  46. How can I avoid being arrested when I leave my apartment.
  47.  
  48. Hint:
  49. You  will be  arrested for  indecent exposure  if you leave your
  50. apartment  without any  clothes on.  You will  need to  put your
  51. clothes and trenchcoat on to avoid this.

  58. Why Karyn is bad with me!

  60. Hint:
  61. Show Karyn  that you are sorry  for standing her up  last night.
  62. You  should purchase  a dozen  roses from  the flower  vendor in
  63. front  of city  hall. Use  your ID  card to  pay for  the roses.
  64. Apologize to Karyn,  and give her the roses.  When she 
  66. you in to see  the mayor only if you have the  MTZ tape and yell
  67. at her.

  70. How do I get in to see the Mayor?

  73. Yell at Jenni.  Tell her that it is very  important that you get
  74. in  to  see  the  mayor.  You  can  only  do this after you have
  75. obtained the MTZ tape from Karyn.

  78. What should I say to the Mayor?

  81. Threaten him, but  not to the point of  ger. Try the followingsequence: 3, 2, 2.

  84. How do I get into the Police Armory?

  86. Hint:
  87. Get the security pass from the  mayor. If you threaten the mayor
  88. right up to  his limit, he will give in  and offer you the pass.
  89. Show this  pass to deputy  Van Halen, and  he will clear  you to
  90. enter. Once  in the armory, the  rifle is the only  item you can
  91. get.

  94. I can't get into City Hall!

  96. Hint:
  97. City hall is only  open from 9 am to 5 pm.  If the icon will not
  98. change, city hall is closed. Come back later.

  101. How do I avoid bei thrown in jail?

  104. If you negotiate  with the Mayor too harshly,  he will throw you
  105. in jail. When  you speak to him, try  the following sequence: 3,

  114. On the screen where the flower vendor is, there is a small alley
  115. to the  right side of the  screen. When you move  your icon over
  116. this area of the screen, it  should change to an ET icon. This
