  27. Ford Creditnet is fairly new and for the most part unknown to hackers. 
  28. Every dealership has a userid for Creditnet, which they use to store
  29. information about their customers. The information in this file was found
  30. 100% from personal experience (not my personal experience, my friend Joe's. 
  31. I don't do anything illegal). I have left out many commands because they were 
  32. either useless to hackers or they had too much potential for abuse. Be aware 
  33. that each dealership changes their password at the beginning of every month.
  34. Dozens of dealerships use each dialup, often they use dialups in a different
  35. area code. Remember this file is for informational purposes only, and we are
  36. not responsible if this information is applied to illegal ends.  And we have
  37. NEVER actually seen this system :)  Please note, to get help on FCN on any 
  38. menu hit the ^ (carot) key, dont ask me why, but thats the way it is.

  59. At this point you enter either PUR (Purchasing) ADM (Administration) or AIS 
  60. (Account Information System). END logs you off, RET goes back to the System? 
  61. prompt. There are some other commands you can enter at the System? prompt but 
  62. they are not of interest to you.

  64. ADM (Administration)
  65.  
  66. This system is passworded. Occassionally the password will be the same as the
  67. account password. Since this system can be used for things like changing
  68. payment records, I will not list the commands. If you really want to know
  69. you'll figure them out yourself.

  71. AIS (Account Information System)
  72.  
  73. This is used for looking up information on customer accounts.
  74. Enter LPO (open accounts) or NTC (closed accounts) and you will get a
  75. Search Key? prompt. There are several ways to look up an account:
  76.  
  77. Name: Enter their last name, or their last name followed by their first, or
  78. their last name followed by their first initial.
  79.  
  80. Vehicle Identification Number: Enter V,XXXXXX (x's are their VIN)
  81.  
  82. Social Security Number: Enter S,XXXXXX (x's are their SSN)
  83.  
  84. License Plate Number: Enter L,XXXXXX (x's is their license plate number) this
  85. feature isn't available on most dialups.

  87. If their is more than one match, you will get a list to choose from. Once
  88. you've picked one you'll receive info on their account, including
  89. payments, where they live, their name, Etc. The way it is displayed varies
  90. on different dialups. Sometimes it just spits it out, sometimes it uses a
  91. funky full-screen color display.

  93. PUR (Purchasing)
  94.  
  95. This system is used to make customer applications and view results. APL
  96. will let you enter a customer application. Their credit report is checked 
  97. and then they are approved or turned down. Hit RPT and you'll be asked for
  98. a month and day (enter it in the form of 5,12 for May 12) and you will see
  99. a list of who was approved or not approved that day, and why.
