  1.   The name Struthiomimus means
  2. "Ostrich Imitator." Also known as
  3. Ornithomimus ("Bird-Mimic"), this
  4. dinosaur was named for its marked
  5. similarity to the ostrich. It stood
  6. eight feet tall and had no teeth in
  7. its jaws, which were probably
  8. covered with a horny bill.  
  9.   Struthiomimus lived in North
  10. America about 75 million years ago
  11. and probably ate mostly eggs.^
  12.
