  1. Before you load this program, check to see if you have a copy of 
  2. "Vbrun300.dll" in any directory which is in your "Path". If there is
  3. one, do not extract the "Vbrun300.dll" that comes with this program.
  4. having more than one copy of "Vbrun300.dll" can cause an application
  5. error and program will not run. This applies to most of the programs that
  6. are written in Windows Visual Basic.

  8. Note: If there is another copy of "Vbrun300.dll" in a directory in your
  9. "Path", compare the date of your own copy with the one that is included in
  10. this Zip file and keep the one that is more recent.
