- I%1 1/2, tsp, Worcestershire sauce

- R% Heat the margarine in a saucepan until melted, being careful
- R%not to burn it.
- R% Add the lemon juice, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, and 1
- R%tablespoon of Parmesan cheese. Stir well. Remove from heat.
- R% Cover a broiler pan with aluminum foil and grease the surface
- R%with margarine.
- R% Brush each side of the fish steaks with the margarine mixture.
- R% Place the fish on the broiler pan and broil for about 10
- R%minutes on each side.
- R% Serve with a sprinkle of parsley and more Parmesan cheese.
