  1. Chocolate_Crinkles

  3. 4 eggs
  4. 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  5. 2 cups sugar
  6. 4 squares unsweetened chocolate
  7. 2 cups flour
  8. 2 tsp. vanilla
  9. 2 tsp. baking powder
  10. 1/2 tsp. salt
  11. 1 cup confectioner's sugar
  12.  
  13. Melt chocolate, cool.
  14. Mix together flour, baking powder
  15. and salt. Mix oil, chocolate and
  16. granulated sugar. Blend in one egg at
  17. a time until well blended. Add vanilla.
  18. Add flour to chocolate mixture. Chill
  19. several hours. Preheat oven to 350.
  20. Drop teaspoons of dough into
  21. confectioner's sugar. Roll in sugar
  22. then shape into balls. Place 2" apart
  23. on a greased cookie sheet.
  24. Bake 10-12 minutes. DO NOT OVERBAKE.
