  1.   Here's a new "NIL:" handler that does what the fake DOS NIL: should.  It
  2. has a real message port and handles many packets (including filelocks).
  3. This handler even works with "Copy DH0: NEWNIL: ALL".  You may of course
  4. change the name in the mountlist to "NULL:" or whatever.

  6.   The handler run under O/S V2.0 or above.  If you don't have this wonderful
  7. operating system...HA, HA, HA, HA, HA, HA, HA!!!!!
