  1. This program will initialize the GELS system, then leave.
  2. You should put it in your startup-sequence so that GELS
  3. is initialized at least once after each boot.  The reason
  4. you want this is to speed up certain graphics calls,
  5. which go slow unless GELS has been initialized at least once.
  6. (SetAPen(), WritePixel() is an example of this).
