  3.     This program is pretty much WYSIWYG, so give it a try to the best
  4. of your ability.  The program simply holds up a task until the given
  5. time, when it releases the task.  A perfect example of its use would
  6. be when an event is required at six in the evening; Simply make a text
  7. file that has OnTime as the first command, then put all the other things
  8. that should happen at six in the file after it, and then execute it from
  9. a cli window.  The task will wait until six, then do it!
  10.  
  11.     All I ask is that this file be kept in this archive with this text
  12. file, unmodified.
