  1. Console Buffer provides a history and/or hardcopy (either file or
  2. device) of console I/O. CB can be used with either CLI or shell
  3. windows.  Console I/O is saved in a buffer, the size of which is set
  4. by the user.  When CB is activated a scroll gadget is attached to the
  5. right hand side of the console window.    Clicking on this gadget displays
  6. past console messages.
