  12.           This iSup  1.15 package  contains the software  and documentation
  13.           required  to use  applications written for  the iSup  library. It
  14.           does not contain the software and documentation required to build
  15.           such applications,  but this is  available from the  author - see
  16.           below.

  18.           The material included is freely distributable as long as only the
  19.           cost of  media is charged  and all the  files in the  package are
  20.           distributed all together and unaltered.

  22.           However,  this  is not  public  domain  software. The  executable
  23.           files,  source  code   and  documentation  of  this  package  are
  24.           proprietary  data of  the author, Gauthier  H. Groult.   Nor this
  25.           software nor  parts of this software can be  used in any freeware
  26.           or  commercial application  of any  type, could  it be  public or
  27.           private, without first  registering or licensing from the author.
  28.           Public usage or display of  the programs or sources in this pack-
  29.           age is not  allowed. Selling this software or parts  of it is not
  30.           allowed.

  33.                             Using iSup for Public Software

  35.           Writing  and  distribution  of  public  software using  the  iSup
  36.           library  is encouraged  and is  free, may it  be for  freeware or
  37.           shareware.  The only  obligation is to  become a  registered iSup
  38.           user.  This can  be achieved  simply by  returning a  printed and
  39.           signed copy of the  joined "Non Disclosure Agreement Form" to the
  40.           author, at  the address  given below.  You will then  receive the
  41.           complete iSup development package, including the linktime module,
  42.           includes,  a  linktime  version  of  the  library, and  the  full
  43.           documentation.

  46.                           Using iSup for Commercial Software

  48.           Writing and  distribution of  commercial software using  the iSup
  49.           library is also  encouraged. This will require licensing from the
  50.           author. Please  directly contact the author  by mail or telephone

  56.           No  warranties  of   any  type  are  given  about  this  software
  57.           reliability or ability to  match a specific need. The authors can
