  1. RECONCILIATION OF TRANSACTIONS:

  3. Often you will enter transactions about which your bank-manager
  4. doesn't know yet. Eventually you receive a statement at which time you
  5. will want to 'reconcile' the bank's statement with PENNYWISE.

  8. To see 'un-reconciled' transactions select the 'RECONCILE' option in
  9. the 'SPECIAL' menu.
  10.  
  11. When you now view the 'SELECT' window un-reconciled transactions
  12. will be highlited. To reconcile any 'un-reconciled' transaction
  13. select it with the mouse and when you are in the 'transaction' entry window, 
  14. up-date the transaction accordingly.

  18. Future versions of PW will have a faster and more elegant
  19. way of reconciling transactions.
