- (@title HyperHelp Menu Operations@)There are two menu headings, "Control"
- and "Print".
-
-
-
- (@color 2@)Under (@bold@)Control(@bold@) you will find five
- options:(@indent 2@)(@color 1@)
-
-
-
- o (@bold@)Open A File(@bold@) -- (@bold@)Not yet implemented.(@bold@) This
- option will allow you to view all file simply by supplying the filename,
- instead of by clicking on a reference.
-
-
-
- o (@bold@)Open Root File(@bold@) -- This will reopen the root file for you
- if you have closed it. It is ok to have a file opened more than once, so
- it won't hurt to accidently select this.
-
-
-
- (@label close@)o (@bold@)Close All Windows(@bold@) -- This puts HyperHelp
- to sleep. It closes all its windows and files (and its custom screen too if
- it had one opened). When the (@ref help:help/hotkeys@)hotkey(@unref@) is
- pressed, HyperHelp reopens the root file.
-
-
-
- o (@bold@)Hide Windows(@bold@) -- This is much like Close All Windows,
- except that HyperHelp remembers all of the open windows and files, and
- restores them when the (@ref help:help/hotkeys@)hotkey(@unref@) is pressed.
- This is handy to get it out of your way in a hurry, without losing your
- position in the help system.
-
-
-
- o (@bold@)Go Away(@bold@) -- Closes all windows and files, and completely
- leaves the system, freeing all memory that it had been using. The (@ref
- help:help/hotkeys@)hotkey(@unref@) will not function after this since
- HyperHelp is no longer loaded. To bring it back you must reload it off of
- disk.
-
-
-
- o (@bold@)About(@bold@) -- Brings up a requester giving a little
- information about itself and the author. You must close this requester
- before HyperHelp will function again.
-
-
-
- (@color 2@)(@label print@)Under (@bold@)Print(@bold@) you will find three
- options:(@color 1@)
-
-
-
- o (@bold@)Window Contents(@bold@) -- This causes HyperHelp to print the
- contents of the currently active window. Text will appear on the printer
- formatted just as it is in the window in question.
-
-
-
- o (@bold@)Entire File(@bold@) -- This causes HyperHelp to print the entire
- contents of the file being displayed in the current window. The text will
- be formatted according to the current margin settings in Preferences.
-
-
-
- o (@bold@)Cancel All Prints(@bold@) -- This will cause an immediate abort
- of the current print job, a printer reset, and removal of all print jobs
- from HyperHelps print queue.
-
-
-
- (@indent 0@) Note that you may select several files to print without waiting
- for the first to finish printing. In fact you may continue to use HyperHelp
- while it is printing, and even close the windows that it is printing from. HyperHelp
- prints formfeeds between jobs. All printing will pause while HyperHelp
- is hiding, and print jobs will be canceled if you select Close All Windows.
