  4.    This program will speak any text file or a line of text up to 80 characters.

  6.       Usage: From the CLI ONLY; do not `run' it.
  7.              1> Talker <filename>
  8.    Where filename is an optional text file that you wish spoken.
  9.    If you leave off the filename, it will prompt you for a text string to speak.

  11.    While it has several shortcomings, it should be enough to help you learn to
  12. design your own, similar program. Permission is _NOT_ granted to use this code
  13. in any commercial product, source or executable. Sorry I didn't comment better,
  14. it's a bad habit from my BASIC days. If you want some explaination,
  15. you should read the accompanying article in Transactor for the Amiga magazine. 
  16. A good way to test the program, by the way, is to have it speak this file.
