  1. Simple changes to cc's defaults can be made in config.h.  If you make a not-
  2. so-simple change, to implement some new feature, please send me back the

  5. The Makefile and builtins.make (which goes in s: and defines default rules)
  6. are for the version of make that comes with pcc 3.0 (although I just noticed,
  7. it's ignoring time-stamps!  Anyone got a better make?)
