  1. If, as I did, you try to "run" Newton, you will end up with the program
  2. asking for the desired degree of the polynomial continuously.  Grrrrrr ...

  4. Fortunately, if you have another CLI open (or pop one open with DMouse,
  5. PopCLI, etc.), you can issue the AmigaOS command "break n all" (where "n"
  6. is the process number of the runaway Newton program), and it will
  7. cause Newton to terminate.
