  1. This is a preliminary version of a slide show program similar to that
  2. coming from the PD software written by Paul Biondo.

  4. It includes about 20 different effects but since it is only a DEMO
  5. you can make a script file containing a maximum of 5 files with their
  6. respective effects and parameters.
  7.  
  8. It have just been modified from a PAL version I have written for the
  9. european market, but I added some new nice effects like roll and drop
  10. using copper lists wich allows a very fast fliker free roll effects.
  11. I could not include these effects for the interlaced mode of Amiga
  12. but I will do it soon if I can get some extra help on BIX, on the
  13. right way to use these copper lists.

  15. I know of some minor bug I have to correct especially with a better
  16. fixing of flicker in various effects, get correct some value for even
  17. effects for example I have to be sure of what resolution people are
  18. going to use because in the diagonals, random, chequered, spirals, and
  19. others I have to divide the screen in CARDS with differents pixel sizes
  20. small=5x4, medium=10x8, large=20x16 and so on. These values should be
  21. correct for pictures with normal resolutions like 320x200, 320x400,
  22. 640x200, 640x400 but what if you want to overscan???

  24. Ok!!! For this reason I would appreciate your feedback on bug, further
  25. expansion of the programs, suggestions and help by beta-testing it !!!

  27. You will find a small doc in the same ARCed file, it is not updated yet
  28. and it may not reflect all the last changes to the program but it can
  29. be sufficient.
