  2.     Impulse Teapot & Wave Animation     August 1, 1988

  6.     The animation in this archive was created with "Turbo Silver"
  7.     from Impulse, Inc.  The Teapot object was converted from
  8.     Sculpt 3D format, using "Interchange" from Syndesis.  The original
  9.     object is from the Syndesis Object disk #1.

  11.     After conversion the object was re-sized and modified in the
  12.     Turbo Silver editor.  The waves under the teapot were created
  13.     with a new program from Impusle called "Terrain". In addition
  14.     to the ability to create single, and multiple animated wave
  15.     forms, "Terrain" can also create detailed mountains, peaks,
  16.     valleys, and other surfaces which can be used in both cell or
  17.     object format which can be used by "Turbo Silver" or other 
  18.     rendering programs when converted using utilities like
  19.     "Interchange"

  21.     This animation was originally done in 400 line interlace overscan
  22.     mode, but was reduced to 200 line, non-interlace, normal video to
  23.     reduce the file size and download time requirements.

  25.     The only modification to the original rendered pictures was the
  26.     addition of the Impulse logo at the top using "Diamond", also
  27.     from Impulse.

  29.     To run the animation, execute the "execute.me" file to re-construct
  30.     the animation.  If the "execute.me" file is missing or corrupt,
  31.     simply create a subdirectory called "TEAPOT.ANI" and copy all of
  32.     the files, named "ANIM.<n>" and the filed called "script" into the
  33.     sub-directory called "TEAPOT.ANI". To play the animation, simply
  34.     type from the root directory:  "PLAYER TEAPOT.ANI".

  36.     This animation should run just fine in a 512K machine.
