  6. Installing a disk this way will cause ...
  7.  a) preference being given to MEMF_CHIP for poorly written
  8.     software, e. g. games from Germany :-) :-) :-)
  9.  b) all external drives to be ignored by the system (and
  10.     therefore eat up less memory for internal disk buffers).

  14. It would be even better if programs like this one would not
  15. be necessary at all, but several developers asked me to
  16. write something like this, so here you are!
  17. Background information: In Germany *lots* of programmers use
  18. the SEKA assembler (a pirated copy, of course) and some of
  19. them even do not know about include files, ATOM, FixHunk
  20. etc. (Teut Weidemann and Hans-Joachim Deeg, you're the
  21. exceptions, of course).
  22. Just INSTALL2 a disk (make sure it does not have a custom
  23. boot block!) and reboot. If it still does not work ... curse
  24. the manufacturer and buy someone else's software next time.
  25. As always: If you want to include this boot block with any
  26. commercial product, contact me before doing so! Permission
  27. granted for non-commercial use if distributed unchanged from
  28. the original version and free of charge!
  29. A similar boot block can be used to MOUNT a normal trackdisk
  30. drive with the new Fast Filing System (hey Steve, thanks a
  31. lot). But Andy Finkel said that the automatic detection of a
  32. DISKCHANGE was not yet implemented ...
  33. "requires no more than 512 KB and internal drive", aaarrggghh!
