  2. Anyone who attempts to sue me on the basis of copyright infringement will
  3. be countersued on the basis of being a profound fool.  Any similarities
  4. between this program and real video games is entirely intentional.  So

  7. PROGRAM MANUFACTURE:
  8.     For owners of the Manx (3.4b, but should work with others), do this:

  10. 1> make

  12.     For owners of other compilers:  Buy Manx.    :-)

  14. USEAGE:
  15.     Make sure that the FONTS: directory either contains or points to the
  16. custom robotron.font files.  Once you're sure of this, you can execute the
  17. program.

  19.     marketroid [-o]
  20.  
  21.     The -o option changes a single message at the end from something
  22. tame to something some people might find offensive.  That's why it's an
  23. explicit option.  The author personally feels the message is more effective
  24. with the -o option supplied.

  26. NOTES REGARDING EXECUTE FILES:
  27.     These have been provided for your comfort and convenience.  Inspect
  28. them before actually executing them.  I may be trying to sneak Robotroff
  29. in under your nose; you never can tell.

  31. OTHER NOTES:
  32.     The source has been provided.  However, it's *UGLY*.  How ugly?
  33. Well.....  Let me put it this way:

  35.     Did you see "The Thing"?

  37.     I highly recommend not dealing with it unless you're into heavy
  38. gore.  Almost none of the code is reusable, anyway (the color cycler is
  39. kinda elegant, though).
