  1. The documentation here can get you started using arp.library to
  2. assist you with program development; we will have a more complete
  3. programmers package available shortly.  We have people working 
  4. on binding routines for both Manx and Lattice C compilers, as
  5. well as TDI Modula II.

  7. The file "include/arpbase.i" has the _LVO offsets needed for
  8. accessing the files in arp.library, as well as defining the
  9. public data structures and equates needed to use Arp functions.
