- KeyLock:
-
- Keylock simply freezes the keyboard and the mouse so that nothing can enter
- the system. The only way to get out is by entering a correct password.
- Well, you can reboot or turn off the system to get out also.
-
- Its purpose is to protect the system from naughty fingers of your kids,
- friends, etc. Even, you can make a pratical joke to your friend's system.
-
- To run it:
- From CLI: type in
- CLI> KeyLock
- or CLI> Run KeyLock
- From WB: double click its icon.
-
-
- The default password is "password", don't include the quotes.
- To change the password:
- Load your favorite file zapper, and load this program
- Go to the end of file, and look for a string "HERE:"
- Following that is the word "password" terminated with a NULL (hex 00)
- Zap this word to whatever word you selected (remember you are limited
- to 30 characters long, and be sure it is terminated with a NULL also)
-
- Enjoy...
