  4.  To convert the arc filenames back into the proper ones EXECUTE the script
  5.  file called LONGNAMES.  If you ever need to shrink them down again, just
  6.  EXECUTE SHORTNAMES.
  7.  
  8.  There are more detailed instructions on how to use ROT in the ROThints file,
  9.  but for a quick look at what ROT can do, try the following:
  10.  
  11.  1) Double-click on ROT to start it up, select 'Load Object' from the
  12.     OBJECT menu, click on 'DemoObject' and then the 'Do it!' button to
  13.     load it. (You may have to use the arrow buttons to scroll through
  14.     the list of files and drawers)
  15.  
  16.  2) With the ACTION menu, 'Switch to Action Editor'.
  17.  
  18.  3) Use the ACTION menu again to select 'Load Action'. Click on 'DemoAction'
  19.     and then 'Do it!' to load the action and redraw its 24 frames.

  21.  4) Now hit the 'PLAY' button to enjoy!
