  1. BCS WORKBENCH VIDEO FRAME COUNTER TIME MACHINE LANGUAGE PROGRAM
  2.    This program counts the video frames in hh:mm:ss:ff format.  It uses
  3. interrupts to never lose count, and prints the digits directly to the
  4. screen in the vertical interval (fast!).  A side effect is that it prints
  5. to the screen even if it is obscured (strange!).
  6.    You can zero the count or set it to the time of day.  If there is any
  7. interest, I could make it print to the front screen, even if it is not the
  8. Workbench screen.  If you find this program useful, I want to hear about it,
