This menu allow the user to position the molecule on the screen. With the rotate option you can rotate the molecule about up to three axes. This can be set up with the Rotate settings option. You may also change the rotation increment and type of rotation within this option. For editing purposes you may move an atom to the origin (the center of the screen), align a bond along the X axis, or rotate an atom into the XY plane. Part or all of a molecule can be reflected through different planes with the Reflect options. With the Identity option, you can set the molecule back to the way it used to appear with the last Set to Identity.
