  23.           with which you can modify XLIB to eliminate the registration
  24.           reminder message.  Such modification renders an exact copy of XLIB
  25.           as would otherwise be sent by mail.
  26.              TechniLib will derive your registration number from a number
  27.           generated by the file KILLRRS.EXE.  This file is in your XLIB
  28.           archive.  You must be able to execute it while talking with the
  29.           TechniLib representative by phone.  The telephone number you give
  30.           below should be for a telephone near your computer.
  31.              The fee for registration by phone is $35.  For $45 you will 
  32.           receive a registered diskette and a printed copy of the user's
  33.           manual.
