  1. This archive is in tar format. To extract, obtain a copy of
  2. tar for your system and issue this command:

  4.             tar xvf cextract.tar
  5.  
  6. The archive will be extracted into the cextract subdirectory.        
  7. Note also that the files are in Unix text format. DOS users
  8. may want to run a conversion program to convert them to DOS
  9. text format (i.e. lines end in CR/LF pairs ).
