  7. Look, I know you're thinking that Shutter is utterly pointless. In that case just refer back to my Inspirations in the main Readme file.

  16.      Shutter.bh          - Balloon Help Build File (that uses the excellent Balloon Help compiler plugin for CW8)

  18. The project file assumes that you have the Universal Headers installed on your system. The sources should be compiler independent. If you don't have a Balloon Help compiler, you can copy the 'hdlg' resource from the Shutter application to the Shutter.π.rsrc resource file.
